I found this a disturbing news article, being R.K. Rowling is exceptionally tolerant of fanfiction based on her writing and someone would use that against her. After all, she often voiced how writing fanfiction helped kids to write, to sharpen their stills in story telling. Now it would seem this is coming back to haunt her.
